Adaptive Methods on the Move

06-01-05

Chattanooga, TN office located in the Krystal Building, downtown.

Adaptive Methods commits to expansion plans in Chattanooga, TN and St. Petersburg, FL. After several successful years in business development and employee base expansion Adaptive Methods has embarked on plans to improve the companies posture for sustained growth by opening more doors. Literally, Adaptive Methods has multiple initiatives before Congress on Navy SONAR Data Fusion and Mission Planning Simulation which we anticipate will help fuel expansion efforts in the two cities. Coupled with expanded scope across many of our current Navy customers and partnerships with support contractors Adaptive Methods is poised for significant growth in the next year.

Mr. Keith Buckner from Chattanooga, formerly of DRS, recently joined Adaptive Methods as Program Manager for LCS and as head of operations in the Chattanooga area. Adaptive Methods has met and contracted with University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s SIM Center to develop some synergies for simulation efforts and as potential employee source. The office doors are expected to open in the first week of September.

Peter “Pete” Nulty who has been with Adaptive Methods seven years and with the current management team for seventeen years sold his home in Aldie, VA and is relocating to the peninsula to head operations. Pete and his family are very excited about the opportunities in the St. Petersburg area and is ready to help coordinate efforts for an expanded operations base. Initially Recording Systems Development work will continue to be managed by Pete with staffs in FL and VA. The FL Office will have an expanding role in Fusion Systems Development as the FL staff can be assembled.

Pete and Barclay Roman have made several trips to St. Petersburg recently to locate office space and interact with the congressional staff. In July Pete and Barclay met with Mr. George Cretekos, District Assistant to US Representative Bill Young at his Largo office. They presented an introduction to Adaptive Methods, our general capabilities, and details on the exciting Fusion System developments at Adaptive Methods. The office is expected to open in Sept/Oct time frame.
