For the second year in a row, Adaptive Methods, Inc. of Centreville, VA was selected by COMSUBFOR to exhibit and demonstrate technologies and concepts of operations (CONOPS) involving undersea platforms and systems, including Unmanned Undersea Vehicles (UUV). Teamed with Boeing Advanced Programs and Riptide, Adaptive Methods exhibited Theater ASW C2 operational concepts with XLUUV, LDUUV, and Micro UUVs, including the capability to rapidly update autonomous behaviors remotely from the UUV Operations Center (UOC) at COMSUBDEVRON FIVE. Adaptive Methods also exhibited a Submarine Tethered Buoy concept for C4ISR and for LDUUV/Micro UUV s conducting ASW operations.
