Flexible Benefit Plan

Flexible Benefit Plans enable you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for qualifying medical and dependent care expenses. Contributions to the plan are not taxed for Federal Income Tax or Social Security (FICA) purposes. Adaptive Methods Flex Plan allows you to set aside pre-taxed money for medical, dependent care, orthodontia, and insurance premium costs.

Time Off and Holidays

Adaptive Methods recognizes the need for employees to get away and re-charge. New employees accrue three weeks vacation as well as sick time, holidays, jury duty, or other time off needs.
